By placing an order on the Nepenthes London Online Store you acknowledge having read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at [email protected] before placing your order with us. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.
Nepenthes London Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against all products on NepenthesLondon.com and in-store at Nepenthes London. Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded and are non-transferable. Gift Vouchers can only be purchased with a debit or credit card; account credit cannot be used to buy a Gift Voucher.
The Nepenthes London Online Store accepts payments in British Pounds, US Dollars & Euro. The default currency is determined by the country you are viewing from. To change the currency please select the currency you wish to use on the top right corner of the website. Most destinations are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, which means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. The following regions are sent on a Delivery Duty Paid basis: the United Kingdom and Europe. Please note the Express service to Australia, New Zealand, and other international territories is not a Delivery Duty Paid service. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order. Issued Credit notes are valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue. They can be used in-store or online by entering the code into the 'Gift Voucher Promo Code' field.
